However, we welcome families to join us for the Welcome BBQ on the evening of Monday August 14th and the Banquet dinner on Thursday August 17th. If you would like to bring your children, a limited number of single tickets for the BBQ ($20 CAD) and banquet dinner will be available for purchase onsite.

Tuesday and Wednesday evening we will be hosting a 'pub of the night', where we encourage participants to meet for drinks and dinner in the evening. Tables will be reserved under the name 'AMS14'. More information can be found in the program.

For the Banquet Dinner on Thursday evening, we will be providing a free shuttle service beginning at 4:45 - 6:45 pm from the University of Ottawa to the banquet at the 'Canadian Museum of History'. The museum will be open to explore prior to the cocktail hour and banquet dinner! A shuttle service returning to the University of Ottawa will run from 9:45 - 11:45 pm.
